The following operation should be simulated by exchange:
• Remaining summer well depletions on the South Platte above Kersey (stored under plan
IDs 9903394_C and 9903394 F) should be replaced with any remaining portion of the
direct flow water rights changed in the Central WAS augmentation plan (see Table 6).
4. Remaining credits available from changed water rights (after Step 3.) should be stored in
Central's storage units (see Table 5) either direct or by exchange, depending on the location
of the reservoir and location of the ditch credits.
5. Remaining depletions (stored under plan IDs 9903394_A, 9903394 B, 9903394_C, and
9903394 F) should be replaced year-round with releases of Central's various storage water
(see Table 5) -either direct or by exchange, depending on the location of the reservoir and
location of the well depletions.
6. Remaining well depletions met by pumping augmentation wells (various Structure IDs, see
Tables 2 and 4). Lagged depletions from augmentation well pumping represent an additional
demand on the well augmentation plan.
A-17 of A-106
