Recommendations <br />Three commercially available or public domain model interface software packages are <br />recommended for consideration in developing the data centered modeling approach for the <br />SPDSS: GMS, Vistas and the combination of Argus ONE and the USGS MODFLOW-GUI add- <br />on. Each of these packages has limitations and is not able to handle all aspects of the data <br />centered modeling process. These packages will be evaluated against the modeling requirements <br />that are defined in the second stage of this Task 50 to select a package to use for the SPDSS <br />groundwater modeling. <br />16 <br />
