These opportunities are further discussed in the following section on <br />mitigation. In summary, off-channel areas and upland sites were explored for vegetation and <br />habitat enhancement opportunities. Off-channel areas included natural drainage confluence such <br />as Lee Gulch, Dutch Creek, Little's Creek, Big Dry Creek, and Bear Creek.
