<br />P"esident Nichols declared a quorum present and opened the Dleetlng by asking If there
<br />were any corrections or alterations to the Minutes of the August 15, 1968 meeting as
<br />distributed. President Nichols asked that the Minutes on page 2 be corrected to read:
<br />"3. The receipts froDl the sale ofwate" froDl Ruedi Rese"volr, as permitted in para-
<br />graph 8 (b) hereof, shall be applied solely to the operation !lnd maintenance costs and
<br />to those reimbursable construction costs at said reservoir which exceed $7, 600, 000.
<br />The cost of perpetual operatlon and maintenance of the Ruedi Resel"VOlr shall be borne
