Morrill <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is the report on the results of the operations <br />during calendar year 1977, to comply with the agreement with Mexico <br />entitled, "Permanent and Definitive Solution to the International ProbleJ!J ;of <br />the Salinity of the Colorado River," incorporated in Minute No. 242 of this <br />Commission. <br /> <br />The report grates that the operations were in comp~lance with the agreement. <br />The differential between (1) the average salinity of the waters delivered <br />upstream of Morelos Dam and (2) the average salinity of the Colorado River <br />waters that arrive at Imperial Dam, for the calendar year 1977, was 123 ppm <br />(U.S. count). <br /> <br />The report also describes developments relating to other provisions of <br />Minute No. 242. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please advise. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~,~.~,: <br /> <br />J~iLi~sioner <br /> <br />..... _ .J <br /> <br />Enclosure <br />As stated <br />
