Introduction

On August 25, 1989 I prepared a memo to the Executive Director that
was eventually forwarded to all members of the COImnission' s
Engineering Committee. That memo was an analysis of the draft
Colorado River System Consumptive Uses and Losses Report 1981-1985
(Uses and Losses Report). Included in that memo was a graphical
analysis of the Uses and Losses Report. Today' s memo is intended
to be an update of that memo that reflects all changes in the
original oraft Consumptive Uses and Losses Report.

Methods

This updated analysis was accomplished by using the original 513
charts, using the original parameters for each chart. The original
chart numbers and parameters of each chart have not changed. The
only changes were the updated 1981-1985 values for each chart. The.
resul ting charts were arranged l.n groups of as many as Sl.X and
assembled on the same graphical scheme as the August 25, 1989,
analysis. The resul ting ninety-nine graphs are attached along with
a table of. contents. The graphs are arranged in three series as
described below:
