Bennett
Subtask 2.03 White River Aggregated Irrigation Structures

Introduction

This memo describes the results of Subtask 2.03, White River Aggregated Irrigation
Structures. The objective of this task was as follows:

Aggregate the Irrigation structures not explicitly modeled in Phase II by manually
drawing aggregation boundaries on the map. All irrigation structures falling
within a boundary will be aggregated into a single structure. A table will be
generated from ARC/INFO listing the individual WDID's associated with each
aggregation boundary.

Approach and Results

Identify Aggregated Boundaries As presented on Exhibit 1, 16 aggregated boundaries
were identified for the White River Basin. These were selected base on:

. Base flow hydrology,

. Spatial proximity

· Endangered Species instream flow reaches,

. existing structures modeled

. New tributaries,

. Critical Administrative reaches,

. Return flows,

· Aggregated irrigated area size (should not exceed 1,000 acres)
