<br />WHEREAS, a contract ~as entered into on October 15. 1986.
<br />Contract Encumbrance Number C-1534Bl',' between the State and the
<br />Contractor; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS. the engineering firm of Morrison-Knudsen
<br />Engineers, Inc., was retained to prepare said feasibil~ty study
<br />by contract executed on January 19. 1987; an~
<br />
<br />WHEREAS. Morrison-Knudsents Scope of Services states that
<br />it will take a.ppr.oximatelY sixt.een, ~16) weeks to com~.lete th~
<br />study; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS. the date for completion of the study set forth in
<br />paragraph 2 of the Feasibility Report contract specified an
<br />earlier ,date for completion:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed that:
<br />
<br />1. Thirty (30) copies of the final feasibility report
<br />now being prepared by Morrison-Knudsen Engineers. Inc..
<br />shall be submitted to .the State not later than May 18,
<br />1987.
<br />
<br />2. In the event of any conflict, inconsistency,
<br />variance. or incongruity between th~ provIsions of this
<br />- contract amendment and any.of the provision~ of the
<br />original contract. dated October 15. 1986 (Ex 'bit A),
<br />which 1"s-, by this reference, incorporated and mea
<br />part hereof, the provisions -Of this co-ntract amen nt
<br />shall in all respects supersede. gov~rn. and control.
