Evans <br />eWeB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Mr. Les Williams, President <br />Plumb and Dailey Ditch Company <br />9595 Nelson Rd, - Box C <br />Longmont, CO 80501 <br /> <br />RE: Rehabilitation of Diversion <br />Small Project Loan Approval <br /> <br />Dear Les, <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) <br />approved your Small Project Loan request on May 23, 2000, I understand the loan will be <br />used to rehabilitate the Company's diversion on Boulder Creek. <br /> <br />The Board approved a Small Project Loan from the Construction Fund in a maximum <br />amount of $42,000 with terms of 3.75% for 20 years, I have attached a copy of the <br />updated Board memo concerning the Plumb and Dailey Ditch Company, Please refer to <br />page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action taken by the CWCB May 23, 2000." <br /> <br />When the Board approves a Small Project Loan there remain several conditions: <br /> <br />a) A Feasibility Stud v is required. John Van Sciver has completed the study with input <br />from you. A copy of the study was sent to you under cover letter dated June 7,2000. <br /> <br />b) An approved contract must be in place before funds can be advanced. Jan IlIian has <br />initiated the contracting process. It usually takes about 3 months to complete the <br />contract once the Board has approved the loan, <br /> <br />c) You must adhere to the CWCB Desiqn and Construction Administration Procedures, <br />Tim Feehan will contacted you regarding the CWCB requirements concerning project <br />design and construction. Tim will make construction inspections, which will be the <br />basis of the monthly pay estimates for disbursement of your loan funds, <br /> <br />d) You must adhere to the CWCB Guidelines for Financial Assistance. A copy of our <br />Guidelines is attached. <br />
