<br />. .,.. <br /> <br />.,~:.:./ <br /> <br />:1'/ 1 <br /> <br />1'(-6) l'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BY-LAWS <br />OF <br /> <br />BEAVER PARl< WATER, INC. <br /> <br />ARTICLE I <br /> <br />OFFICERS <br /> <br />The officers of this Corporation shall consist of a <br /> <br />President, Vice President and ~ecretary-Treasurer, who shall be <br /> <br /> <br />chosen by the Directors at their first meeting after the annual <br /> <br />meeting of the stockholders in each year. They shall be elected <br /> <br /> <br />from the Board of Directors. Said officers shall hold their <br /> <br />respective offices until their successors are appointed and <br /> <br />enter upon the duties of their offices. The officers shall <br /> <br />receive such compensation and salaries as may from time to time <br /> <br />be determined by the Board of Directors. Vacancies among the <br /> <br />Board of Directors or officers may be filled at any meeting of <br />the Board of Directors by ballot. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />ARTICLE II <br /> <br />DUTIES OF PRESIDENT <br /> <br />It shall be the duties of the President to preside at <br />all meetings of the Directors and to sign all bonds, deeds, <br /> <br />~9ree~~~~3~~_~~ instruments ,in writing, ~de or entered into b: <br /> <br />or on behalf of the Company, to sign all certificates of stock <br /> <br />and in general perform all acts incident to his office. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III <br /> <br />DUTIES OF VICE PRESIDENT <br /> <br />It shall be the duties of the Vice President to perform <br /> <br />all such functions as belong to the office of President in the <br /> <br />absence of the President. <br />
