All notices required by <br />law for the filing of this application have been fulfilled, and <br />the court has jurisdiction over the application. <br /> <br />Statements of opposition were timely filed by Blue Ribbon <br />Coal Company and Adolph Coors Company. Said statements of <br />opposition have been subsequently withdrawn. <br /> <br />All matters contained in the application have been reviewed <br />and testimony taken where such testimony is necessary and the <br />court finds that the statements contained in the application are <br />true and that applicant is entitled to the water right requested <br />in the application. <br /> <br />" <br />
