The ~tatements in the application are true. <br /> <br />2. The name of the stream involved is the Roaring <br />Fork River. <br /> <br />3. The name and address of the claimant is The <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, 823 State Centennial <br />.Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />River. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is the Roaring Fork <br /> <br />5. Description of beginning and end points of <br />m~n~mum stream flow claimed: The Roaring Fork River from <br />Independence Lake in Section 33, T. 10 S., R. 82 W. of the <br />6th P.M., to it5 confluence with Lincoln Creek in Section 6, <br />T. 11 S., R. 83 W. of the 6th P.M. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to appropriate such <br />m~n~murn stream flows as are required to preserve the natural <br />environment to a reasonable degree. <br />
