JUDGMENT AND DECREE

THIS CAUSE came on regularly for trial before the Court,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises and having
filed herein its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and

having directed that JUdgment be entered in accordance therewith;

NOW, THEREFORE, by reason of the Findings and Conclusions

aforesaid;

THERE.'ORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED A;m DECREED tha t the
Applicant is hereby granted the indicated water right and pri-
ority as follows:
1. That the applicant's name and address is: The

Colorado Water Conservation Board, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver,

Colorado 80203.
2. The name of the stream is ~rystal River, a tribu-
tary of the Roaring Fork River and the Colorado River, in the
Counties of Gunnison and Pitkin, and the minimum stream flow

claimed is for ~O cubic feet of water per second of tim. from
October 1 throur,h April 30 of each year; and for 80 cubic feet
of water per second of time from May 1 through September 30 of
each year; in place in the stream bed.
