terminus and extending to the confluente with Colorado River at lat. 40002'53"
N.. long. 106"07'47. W. as the downstN!am terminus. being a distance of
approximately 10.0 miles. For administrative purposes only, the Division c~
Engineer for Water Division 5 has tranSlated such legal descriptions into p~f
approximate protracted section. township. and range locations from U.S.G.S.
mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the SW/4SE/4 S. 9. T. 1 S.. R. 77 W.
6th P.M.. more specifically at a point whence the SW Corner of S. 33. T. 1 N.
R. 77 W. bears S. 24000' E. a distance of 13.150 ft.; lower terminus in the
NW/4SE/4 S. i6 T. 1 N. R. 78 W. 6th P.~.; more specifically at a point whence
the SE Corner of S. 17, T. 1 N.. R. 78 W. bears N. 80000' E. a distance of
9.175 ft. in former Water District 51.
