N.. long. 106000'37. W. as the upstream <br />terminus and extending to the confluente with Colorado River at lat. 40002'53" <br />N.. long. 106"07'47. W. as the downstN!am terminus. being a distance of <br />approximately 10.0 miles. For administrative purposes only, the Division c~ <br />Engineer for Water Division 5 has tranSlated such legal descriptions into p~f <br />approximate protracted section. township. and range locations from U.S.G.S. <br />mapping as follows: Upstream terminus in the SW/4SE/4 S. 9. T. 1 S.. R. 77 W. <br />6th P.M.. more specifically at a point whence the SW Corner of S. 33. T. 1 N. <br />R. 77 W. bears S. 24000' E. a distance of 13.150 ft.; lower terminus in the <br />NW/4SE/4 S. i6 T. 1 N. R. 78 W. 6th P.~.; more specifically at a point whence <br />the SE Corner of S. 17, T. 1 N.. R. 78 W. bears N. 80000' E. a distance of <br />9.175 ft. in former Water District 51. <br /> <br />6.
