W-3628, W-3631, W-3632, W-3636 and W-3637 FINDINGS OF FACT, JUDGMENT AND DECREE CONCERNING THE APPLICATIONS FOR WATER RIGHTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD ON BEHALF OF THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF COLORADO IN THE GORE CREEK DRAINAGE IN EAGLE COUNTY THIS MATTER, having come on before the court on the appli- cations of the Colorado Water Conservation Board ("the board") and the court being fully advised as to the matter of the appli- cations herein, hereby makes the following findings: The applications herein were filed with the water clerk, Water Division 5 on December 30, 1977, All notices required by law for the filing of these applications have been fulfilled, and the court has jurisdiction over these applications. Timely statements of opposition were filed to the applica- tions by the United States of America, the Colorado River Water Conservation District, and the Gore Valley Water Authority Com- mittee. The Colorado River Water Conservation District and the United States of America withdrew their statements of opposition per court orders entered on January 28, 1980 and October 22, 1985, respectively. The Vail Valley Consolidated Water District ("the dis- trict") was substituted for the Gore Creek Valley Water Authority Committee by court order dated September 25, 1985. The district now consents to the entry of this decree, consistent with the terms and conditions set forth below and with the terms of the stipulation entered into between the board and the district in Case No. B2CW328, Water Division 5.
