<br />of approximately 4.7 miles, This s0gment can be located on the
<br />Bristol H0ad 15' U.S.G.S. ,quadrangle.

<br />by final approval of the Colorado Water Conservation Board at
<br />its general meeting.

<br />This appropriation is made pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S
<br />1973, 37-92-102(3) and 37-92-103(3) (4) and (10) known as Senate
<br />bill 97. The purpose of this appropriation by the state of
<br />Colorado l's to insure the preservation of a minimum stream level
<br />to protect the natural environment to a. reasonable degree.

<br />IT IS THE RULI~G OF THE REFEREE that no adverse effect can
<br />be determined and that EAST FORK CEBOLI,A CREEK, as above described,
<br />is APPROVED AND GRANTED AN ABSOLUTE IN PLACE ,DECREE in the amount
<br />of 1.0 c.f.s. of water when and if it is available in the natural
<br />flow, for the purposes of 'protecting the natural environment
<br />thereof. As of the date of appropriation, September 9, 1980.
