The source of the water is North Thompson Creek, <br />tributary to Thompson Creek, tributary to the Crystal R.iver. <br /> <br />S. Description of beginning and end poi,nts of minimum strea,rn.fID <br />claimed: North Thompson Creek from its confluence with rank Creek <br />in Section 28, T. 8 S., R. 89 W. of the 6th P.M.,. to its confluence <br />with Thompson Creek in Section 31, T. 8 S., R. 88' w. o~ the <br />6th P./1. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to appropriate such rninimu~ stream <br />flows as are required to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br />
