<br />In accordance with Section 37-60-106 (l)(c), CRS 1973, Costilla
<br />County, Colorado hereby requests designalion and approval of Slorm
<br />or floodwater runoff channels or basins described in the report
<br />entitled "Costilla County Flood Plain Information Report", dated
<br />11989, as prepared by Costilla County. The new report was derived
<br />from an older floodplain infor~ation report entitled "Floodplain
<br />information Report for the Rio Grande, Trinchera Creek, Culebra
<br />Creek, Costilla Creek and Selected Tributaries in Costilla County,
<br />Colorado", dated March 1989. Tbat older report was designated and
<br />approved by the Colorado Water Conservalion Board. Coslilla County
<br />request that the old designation be kept fully in force and that
<br />the new reporl be designated as consislant with the older report.
