The Board of Directors of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District, at their April 17 meeting, passed Resolution No. 25, Series of <br />1986 (copy enclosed) adopting this report. We request that the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board consider the 100-year floodplains described in <br />this report for designation as flood hazard areas. The City of Arvada <br />and Jefferson County will be responsible for regulating the floodplains. <br /> <br />Designation of these floodplains will require recision of previous <br />CWCB designations as noted below. <br /> <br />"Major Drainageway Planning, Ralston/Leyden Creek"; Ralston <br />Creek stations 0+00 to 410+00; Leyden Creek stations 0+00 to <br />156+00. <br /> <br />"Major Drainageway P1 anning, Van Bibber Creek"; stations 0+00 <br />to 199+00. <br /> <br />We will be happy to make a presentation to your Board, if you so <br />desire.
