WHEREAS, a floodplain intormation report entitled "Flood
Hazard Area Delineation, Boulder Creek," dated January, 1983,
was prepared by Muller Engineecing Company, Inc.. at the request
of the City of Boulder and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District; and

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested
by the City of Boulder and the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District, by Resolution No. 21, adopted on May 5, 1983, approved
and designated the floodplains described in said report; and

WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Request for Letter of Map
, . Revision, Boulder Creek," dated January, 1989, has been prepared
by Love & Associates, Inc., at the request of the University of
Colorado at Boulder; and

WHEREAS,
