LLC <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for storage water rights, change of water rights and approval of a plan <br />for augmentation and exchange. Applicant claims conditional storage rights for nine ponds <br />and related water features, and proposes to include two previously decreed reservoirs in its <br />plan for augmentation. Applicant also seeks to change the watcr rights decreed to the Four <br />Creek Ditch, the Four Creek Ditch First Enlargement and the Horse Meadow Ditch (all <br />decreed for ilTigation) to add augmentation use. Applicant seeks to usc a portion of its <br />interest in said ditches to augment out-of-priority evaporation losses Ij'om the reservoirs <br />and ponds and related water feaUlres. Further, Applicant seeks to use augmentation water <br />from Wolford Mountain Reservoir and/or Ruedi Reservoir under a contract with the <br />Colorado River Water Conservation District to augment out-of-priority storage year round <br />in the reservoirs and ponds by exchange. The Applicant's proposed change of water right may rcsult in an expansion of <br />use that could injure the Board's instream flow water right on Swcetwater Creek. <br /> <br />Other Objectors <br />Gerald Gallegos, Matt and Hope Kapsner, SIBB Company, LLC, 7W Guest Ranch, LLC, <br />and the Colorado River Water Conservation District also filcd statements of opposition to <br />this application, <br /> <br />. <br />
