<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item I a <br />Case No. 1-02CWI52; Eldora Enterprises, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation and appropriative right of exchange to several <br />reservoirs that will be used for snowmaking purposes at Eldora Ski Area, located near Nederland. <br />(please see the attached map). The Applicant intends to exchange up to 4 cfs from return flows <br />from its snowmaking, up to Peterson Lake.
