<br />Consent Agenda Item 1c <br />Case No. 4-03CW168; Nick Gray <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights in the vicinity of Cimarron. (please see the <br />attached map). The Applicant seeks to change the point of diversion from the Brown Ditch, located <br />on the Cimarron River, to an upstream point on the Cimarron River known as the Schi10t Brown <br />Ditch. The Applicant will keep the same use, and same place of use. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water right that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case No. Stream/Lake Amount (cfs) Approp.
