The change involves an <br />upstream movement of the diversion point. The Applicant's diversions occur on Cattle Creek near <br />Carbondale (see attached map). <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds instream flow water rights on Cattle Creek for 4 cfs with an appropriation date of <br />11/8/1985. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />This application may cause injury to the Board'~ Cattle Creek instream flow water rights.
