<br />e <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 1 c <br />Case No. 4-02CW044; Town of Lake City <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application to amend an existing plan for augmentation for the Town of Lake City in <br />Hinsdale County (see attached map). Applicant proposes to include the "Ballfield Well" as one of <br />the structures to be augmented under the existing augmentation plan.
