The Town of Minturn has requested that the Board <br />consider an enlargement of its existing instream flow water right on the Eagle River from <br />the confluence with Cross Creek to the confluence with Gore Creek (5-78CW3796). A <br />representative of the Town and engineering consultant will be present to help answer <br />questions regarding the Town's restoration efforts as well as its request for an enlargement <br />to the instream flow water right. <br /> <br />If you are interested in attending this tour, please provide Todd Doherty an RSVP at (303) <br />866-3945 or email attodd.Doherty@state.co.us. <br /> <br />Flood Protection .
