A total of $17,077,000 is projected as <br />available for modifications to previous loan authorizations and new construction project loans in <br />2003. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />Attached is a fmancial projection summarizing the FY 2002-03 Severance Tax Trust FWld <br />Perpetual Base AccoWlt cash available and projected expenses. Total unreserved cash available for <br />new projects and other expenses is $17,077,000. Projected expenses are $16,337,000, leaving a <br />projected balance of$740,000. This number includes loan projects presented at the November Board <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Conclusion <br />As of the date of this memo, it appears sufficient cash will be available to fund the <br />applications shown on the attached list. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
