Chairman <br />Eric Wilkinson called the meeting to order. Eight voting members were <br />present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). <br />Voting Board members present were Chairman Eric Wilkinson, Don <br />Schwindt, David Smith, Bob Burr, Greg Hoskin, Vice Chairman Keith Catlin, <br />Harold Miskel and Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Executive <br />Director Russell George. Board members Ray Wright and Carolyn McIntosh <br />were absent for the duration of the meeting. Ex Officio members present or <br />represented were CWCB Director Rod Kuharich, Senior Counsel Felicity <br />Hannay for Attorney General Ken Salazar, State Engineer Hal Simpson and <br />Commissioner of Agriculture Don Ament. Also present were CWCB Deputy <br />Director Dan McAuliffe, and First Assistant Attorney General Linda Bassi <br />and Deputy Attorney General Steve Black. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items does not always follow the sequence indicated <br />by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference. <br />1. a.
