For commercial fish hatcheries <br />that test positive for whirling disease: <br />· Creates a temporary tax credit for up to half of the money <br />that a hatchery has spent to become whirling disease <br />negative subject to a maximum of $100,000 in available <br />credit; and <br />· Provides low-interest loans that can be used for the purpose <br />of becoming whirling disease negative. <br /> <br />Shading denotes HOUSE amendment.
