These springs are located in Pueblo County (see <br />attached map). <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniurv <br /> <br />The Board is the sole entity that is permitted l>y law to hold instream flow water rights between <br />specific points to protect the environment to a reasonable degree.
