These <br />segments have been noticed as per Rules 5.21, 5.22 and 5.24 and the public was afforded an <br />opportunity to comment pursuant to those Rules. No party filed a Notice to Contest these <br />recommendations. These stream segments are located in Garfield County and are listed on the <br />attached Instream Flow Recommendations summary table. <br /> <br />TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS <br /> <br />The Board was provided detailed information regarding all field data, studies and analyses for <br />each stream segment at the January 26, 2000, Board meeting. At that meeting the Board <br />declared its intent to appropriate the specific ISF water rights. <br /> <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management -Larry Lang, Chief.
