The estimated total cost of the
project is $400.000. Please see the attached project summary and map.

Backaround
The AMIC, located in Kiowa County, operates the Neenoshe Reservoir for the benefit of the
shareholders by providing storage of water for irrigation within a 34,683-acre service area. The
Reservoir is located about 15 miles north of Lamar, and is tilled by the Fort Lyon/Kicking Bird
Canals, with headgate on the Arkansas River. The dam, constructed around 1898, is a Class 2
structure, 25 feet high, impounding a reservoir of 60,618 ac-ft. The outlets are in poor condition,
and there is seepage into the stiiling basin. The dam is currently restricted to gage height 23.5
feet by State Engineer order dated June 22, 1999, resulting in a loss of storage of approximately
8,000 ac-ft.

The AMIC needs to rehabilitate the Neenoshe Dam to resolve safety concerns and to regain full
storage in the reservoir.

Feasibility Studies
URS Corporation Engineers have completed an Evaluation and Conceptual Design for Nee No
She Dam. The report includes a preliminary engineering evaluation and cost estimate for
rehabilitation of the outlets and construction of a new toe drain system, as well as an evaluation of
other alternatives available for rehabilitation of the Neenoshe Dam.

The Amity Mutual Jrriaation Company
The AMIC is a mutual ditch company and a non-profit corporation registered in the State of
Colorado. There are 218 shareholders and 34,682.86 shares of stock. The AMIC has the power
to set annual assessments to be paid by the shareholders, the power to cut off water deliveries
to shareholders that fail to pay their assessments, and the power to acquire and sell the shares
of delinquent shareholders.

Flood Protection.
