Leo Eisel will leaving McLaughlin Engineers <br />to begin working with Brown and Caldwell within the next few months. However, no <br />changes in project personnel will occur for this contract Leo will remain in the same lead <br />capacity for the Project <br /> <br />The McLaughlin Team includes engineering, policy and modeling expertise from <br />Mclaughlin Water Engineers, Jim Lochhead through Brownstein, Hyall. Farber & <br />Strickland, Riverside Technology Inc_, and Resource Engineering, Inc, <br /> <br />As identified in past Board Memos, the major purposes of this study are: <br /> <br />. Expand the number and types of facilities and operations considered <br />. Continued enhancement of peak flows in the 150mile reach <br />. Identify impediments to delivery of the higher peak flows <br />. Defining solutions for any impediments to the delivery of the higher peakS <br />. Secondarily identify options for prQ'liding flow enhancements during the lale <br />summer/early fall (July 15"' - October 31") for the benefit oflhe endangered fish <br />. Assessment of any legal, physical, institutional. environmental, recreational, <br />operational. or political constraints as well as the risk of adversely impacting water <br />yield of implementing each option. <br /> <br />The next meeting of the Executive Commillee is April 1 , 1999 to discuss Initiation of the <br />study.
