Application Summary
These are applications for water rights, changes of water rights, appropriative rights of exchange,
and plans for augmentation in Garfield, Pitkin, Summit, Eagle Counties. The Applicant seeks to
use these water rights for use in a development located in the vicinity of the confluence of the
Roaring Fork River and the Crystal River. The Applicant's augmentation sources include Green
Mountain Reservoir, which would not augment the depletions at or above the place where the
depletions accrue to the Roaring Fork River.

Potential for Iniury
This change application may result in an expansion of its decreed water rights. In addition, the
Applicant may not replace its out-of-priority depletions in time, place, and amount and, thus may
cause injury to the Board's Roaring Fork River instream flow water rights.
