Approximately two weeks prior to this meeting, a compilation of the
comments received through the subcommittee process and a draft report generated by staff will
be sent to those who have participated in the subcommittee process.

There has been some question, by subcommittee participants, regarding how the subcommittee
report will be presented to the Board as a whole. There is interest in at least one, if not more,
reports from the public. This would be in addition to any staff report or any overall report from
the subcommittee itself.

The Instream Flow Subcommittee is chaired by Eric Kuhn and includes Board Members Janice
Sheftel, David Smith, Patricia Wells and Alan Hamel. All Board Members are welcome to
attend as well as any member of the public.

\\DENVER2\CWCB\BOARDMEM\Mar98IAgenda Item IO.doc
