Call to Order

9:10 a,m.

A special meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at the Holiday Inn
at Craig, Colorado, The meeting was called to order at 9:10 a,m, on Tuesday, October
10, 1995, by Chairperson David Harrison, Nine voting members were present so there
was a quorum (at least six required). Board members present were Eric Kuhn, Patricia
Wells, David Harrison, Jim Lochhead, David Smith, Ray Werner, Ray Wright, David
Meyringand Alan Hamel. Also present were Jennifer Gimbel from the Attorney
General's Office, Will Burt from the State Engineer's Office, Tom Nessler from the
Division of Wildlife and Chuck Lile2

I. Instream Flow Program - Preliminary Notices
Tape 2, Start/Stop: 0561 - 0890
Action: David Smith made a motion, that the Board accept the staff
recommendation that the 3 Instream Flow recommendations be advanced
to Final Notice Status. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and
approved unanimously (9-0),
