Applicant had previonsly applied for a storage water <br />right for Gardner Pond, which is located southeast of Basalt in Pitkin County, The source of water <br />to fill this pond is intercepted ground water tributary to the Roaring Fork River, and the Roaring <br />Fork River via the Gardner Ditch, Applicant also seeks approval of a plan for augmentation that <br />includes releases of water from Green Mountain and Ruedi Reservoirs, as well as from other <br />sources--to be obtained under an Allotment Contract with the Basalt Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case Stream/Lake Amount Approp.
