Applicant proposes storage <br />and/or diversion into North Fork Reservoir on the North Fork of the Arkansas, O'Haver <br />Reservoir on Gray's Creek, tributary to Poncha Creek, Boss Lake on the Lake Fork, the <br />Poncha Springs Wells, and the Salida Diversion Facilities and wells on the South <br />Arkansas River. Replacement water will be released from Twin Lakes Reservoir on Lake <br />Creek, or from Turquoise Reservoir on Lake Fork Creek. .
