<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item l.b <br />Case No. 1-06CW063; Application of Continental Water Bank <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for approval of a plan for augmentation for 15 structures (12 wells and 3 <br />surface diversions) for a variety of residential and commercial uses that include drinking and <br />sanitary use at hotels, rental cabins, RV sites, filling of ponds and pools, lawn irrigation, and <br />domestic animal watering. Applicant proposes to replace out of priority depletions associated with <br />the 15 diversion structures which are located along the Big Thompson River or its tributaries. <br />Applicant has entered into a lease agreement with the Town of Estes Park for use of up to 10 acre- <br />feet per year of fully consumable Windy Gap water or other fully consumable water owned by Estes <br />Park as an augmentation/replacement source. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds the following instream flow water rights that may be injured by this application: <br /> <br />CWCB Case StreamlLake Amount Approp.
