Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board will be held at the
Sheraton Steamboat Resort and Conference Center, 2200 Village fun Court in Steamboat Springs,
CO, commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 26,1999, and continuing on Tuesday, July 27,1998.

All programs, services and activities of the Department of Natural Resources and the CWCB are

A workshop on the Yampa Management Plan and Development will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
before the meeting at the same location. Topics are likely to include Colorado River Compact issues related
to the Yampa River, the status of the Yampa Basin Partnership, the status of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service's Yampa River Planning Process, Yampa River Decision Support System information, and the
administration ofYampa River water rights.
