A regular meeting of the Colorado Water Conservation Board was held at th The Best Western Ramkota Inn, 701 8 Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631 at 10 a,m. on Monday, March 26, 2001, The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lewis Entz, Eight voting members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required), Board members present on this date were Bob BUff, Keith Catlin, Lewis Entz, Eric Kuhn, Harold Miskel, Donald Schwindt, David Smith, Eric Wilkinson, Greg Walcher, Walt Graul (representing the Division of Wildlife) Jennifer Gimbel (representing the Attorney General), Commissioner of Agriculture Don Ament, State Engineer Hal Simpson and Rod Kuharich, Note: While Board's consideration of agenda items doesn't always follow the sequence indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference, la, Review and Approval of Agenda and Review of Meeting Dates Tape 1, Start/Stop: 0013 - 0092 Action: A motion was made by Harold Miskel to accept the agenda as presented in the revised agenda dated 3/23/01.
