<br />Agenda Item 6y <br />Case No. 5-98CW314; Bruhn <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for groundwater rights and a plan for augmentation on the Blue River near <br />the Town of Blue River in Summit County (see attached map). Applicant seeks to augment out- <br />of-priority depletions associated with Charlie WeIl and Chenille Well, serving four single-family <br />residences.
