<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 2e <br />Case No. 4-03CW263; Upper Gunnison River WCD and Colorado River WCD <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for an umbrella augmentation plan for the Upper Gunnison River basin, near <br />Crested Butte and Gunnison. (please see the attached map). The Applicant seeks to augment <br />unidentified future depletions associated with releases from Blue Mesa Reservoir. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds many instream flow water rights on the Gunnison River and its tributaries that <br />may be injured by this application. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />The Applicant's augmentation plan may injure many of the Board's instream flow water rights on <br />the Gunnison River and its tributaries by not replacing its depletions in time, place, and amount. <br /> <br />Other Obiectors <br /> <br />The other objectors in this case are: Glacier Lily Association; Estess Family Limited Partnership; <br />and Dolores G.
