<br />Section 7. <br /> <br />Program Implementation <br /> <br />7.1 Recommended Measures <br /> <br />The Water Conservation Plan for ELCO Water District recommends continuation of <br />existing public education efforts, Current rate policies and review of landscape plans <br />in new developments. It calls for implementation of a leak detection program to <br />reduce unaccounted water use to 10% or less of treated water production and <br />participation in the regional xeriscape study and demonstration project.
