It will also be made <br />available to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the City should <br />apply for a loan with either agency. <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent of HB 1154 for implementation of water conservation measures, the <br />State Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the City of Brighton to find out <br />how conservation planning is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your efforts.
