The statements in the appLica.tion are true. <br /> <br />2. The name of the structure ;..nvolved is Mexican Cut <br />Natural Pond No.5. <br /> <br />3. The ~e of the claimant and address is The Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board; 1313 Sherman Street; 8th floor; Denver, <br />Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is runoff tributary to t.he <br />South Fork of the Crystal River. <br /> <br />s. The lake is located at 390(ll'461! North Latitude and <br />107003'48" West Longitude. <br /> <br />6. The use of the water is to maintain the minimum <br />lake level as required to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7. the da.te of initiat.io:n of a.ppropria.t.ion is March 17, 1980. <br /> <br />8. The surface elevation of the lake is 11,087 feet, and <br />the total capacity of the lake is 0.33 acre foot. <br /> <br /> <br />9. The water was first applied to the above beneficial <br />use on March 17, 1980, by action of the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board under the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37.92~I02 (3) I 37-92~103 <br />(3). (4) and (10). <br />
