PROVIDED THAT THE AMOUNT OF ACTUAL STORAGE IN THE LAKE BE LIHITED TO THE CAPACITY OF THE
NATURAL LAKE AT THE ELEVATION REQUESTED ( 12,055 ft. ). THE APPLICANTS WILL NOT
INTERFERE IN ANY t-1ANNER NITH THE NATURAL OUTLET OF SAID LAKE. APPLICANT iHLL INSTALL AND
~mINTAIN MEASURING DEVICES AND RECORDERS AND KEEP PROPER RECORDS AS REQUIRED BY THE
COLORADO DIVISION OF \>i/ATER RESOURCES.
