The name of the claimant and address is The Colorado Hater Con- <br />servation Board; 1845 Sherman Street; Denver, Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The source of the water is Middle Lake Creek, tributary to East <br />Lake Creek, tributary t:o Lake Creek, tributary to the Eagle River. <br /> <br />5. The lake is located at 39031'20" North Latitude and 106035'00" <br />West Longitude. This ,is in an unsurveyed to,;nship. Sectional pLojections <br />indicate that the lake is located in Section 20, T.6S., R.82H. of the <br />6th P.M. . <br /> <br />If a conflict exists bet"een the description by latitude and longi- <br />tude and the sectional description, the description by latitude and longi~ <br />tude will take precedence. <br /> <br />6. The use of t.he water is to maint.ain the minimum lake level as re- <br />quired to preserve the natural enviromnent to a reasonable degree. <br /> <br />7. The date of'initiati.on of appropriation is January 14, 1976. <br /> <br />8. The total capacity of the lake is 130 acre feet. <br /> <br />9. The water was first applied to the above beneficial use on <br />January 14, 1976, by ac.tion of The Colorado Hater Conservat:ion Board under <br />the provisions of C.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(3), 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10). <br /> <br />. . <br />10.
