<br />ferred to the undersigned as Water ReferE'e for Hater Division No.5, State of
<br />Colorado, by the Water Judge of satd Court on the 25th day of June, 1976, in
<br />acc.ordance t,ith Article 9Z of Chapter 37, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,

<br />4. The source of the water is an unnamed tributary of Tabor Creek,
<br />tributary to Lincoln Creek, tributary to the Roaring Fork River. ,

<br />6. The use of the ..vater is to mai-ntain the. minimum lake level as re-
<br />qui Lcd to preserve the natural enviro~~ent to a reasonable degree.

<br />7. The date of initiation of appropriation is January 14, 1976.
<br />
<br />8. The total capacity of the lake is 75 acre feet.

<br />9. The water t,as first applied to the above beneficial llse on
<br />JanJary 14, 1976, by action of , :The Colorado \-later Conservation Board under
<br />the provisions of e.R.S. 1973, 37-92-102(.3), 37-92-103(3), (4)and (10).
