<br />CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WATER RESOURCES OF THE STATE,
<br />AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FINANCING OF PROJECTS FOR
<br />SUCH DEVELOPMENT.

<br />Be it enacted ~ the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. 37-60-106 (1) (0), Colorado Revised Statutes
<br />1973, as amended, is amended to read:
<br />
<br />37-60-106. Duties of the board. (1) (0) To sell or
<br />otherwise dispose of property owned by the board, in the name of
<br />the state of Colorado, as a result of expenditures from the
<br />Colorado water conservation board construction fund in such
<br />manner as to be most advantageous to the state. Proceeds from
<br />such sale or disposal shall accrue to the Colorado water
<br />conservation board construction fund and shall not revert to the
<br />general fund. except-that-any-cash-baiance-in-soch-constroction
<br />fond-in-excess-of-ten-roi;liion-doiiars~et7the-ciose-of-any--fiscai
<br />year-shaii-re~ert-to-the-generai-fond-of-the-state7
<br />
<br />SECTION 2. 37-60-121 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,
<br />as amended, is amended, and the said 37-60-121 is further amended
<br />BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBSECTION, to read:
<br />
<br />37-60-121. Colorado water conservation board construction
<br />fund - creation of - nature of fund - funds for investigations -
<br />contributions. (1) There is hereby created a fund to be known
<br />
<br />Capital letters indicate new material added to existing statutes;

<br />such material not part of act.
